Bees’ Needs
The bees' needs the needs be the space that is in between us breathes and so should we:
There's a throne where the weird shaped fly goes plank of cedar mulch above a lily gulch to perch and pick a piper's tune crickets need to play the bees' queen needs to lay
Bound to generations the next bees generate the steam, the sun shone shine on as one ultimate pyramid scheme that will ultimately enslave the queen bind her to the throne 'til there's no longer strength to stifle where they sow
The broken challenger queens that sometimes hatch the queen must prune her garden of the innocents like Herod did
A terrifying wrestling match to the males and drones who have to watch,
Brave enough in the day the drone is sure to insist upon her way with a confidence sure when petals fly sure enough to defy the physics and to fly nectar's meadowside at nation time,
But at night when light and color disappear to silver moonlight sheen her mind's released, the bee begins to wonder what it all means:
And all this stop and start and who it is she feeds and why there's only room for one on her hive's top block where the queen sits overtop?
Both upon a throne but one might reign in might and one might fly away and I could leave today,
At all times the weird shaped fly flies all alone outside but only when it's duty for the drone, and I can only bring myself to land upon your pad if I had something of value I could add or else no role for me this day and I get turned away by the bees' needs no use for me, no queen to feed,
There's a grasshopping blast of a laser beam with a poem unintended to any accidental occasion seemed I'll be where the fox run will run when the hunt is done I've always been averse to spoon-fed swift treacle verse on which the bees feed,
Dead nations in reverse killer bees service fees I just don't have need whatever it is the bee needs:
And all this stop and start and all it is she feeds and why there's only room for one on the hive's top block where the queen sits over top?
The bee needs what a bee needs, what a bee needs, bees' needs and the needs be.
