Shortwave 02:25
I need to activate last night was out too late without electrical power watched for a meteor shower turned out was stars for hours back in the yard I lay in wait in a dreamy state I watched a television face without no activation but my brain by morning I'd forgot my name don't take my shortwave away I'm just a sunspot away Don't take my shortwave away digital age oh no don't take my shortwave away I need to activate I need to radiate I need to ride my own wave I ride my wavelengths away at the end of my days I need to hear at random activation I need fulfillment and loss and all kinds of flecks of chaos not this substandardization I'm just a sunspot away digital age don't take my shortwave away I need to activate I need to radiate I need to ride my own Out on the roads I'm listening nobody's playing anything they all got buds in their ears Once on the television face visions and pops of static space novas and pulsars would sing in rabbit ears Now we can't see from whence we came don't take my shortwave away I need to activate I need to radiate I need to ride my own today I ride my wavelengths away at the end of my days oh no I need to hear at random activation I need my chaos and loss and all kinds of flecks of chaos not substandardization I'm just a sunspot away digital age I need to hear it don't take my shortwave oh my heart would break don't take my shortwave away.

Goods and services servicing goods Turkey's got a constitution let's get those sweet crude Euros gooshing. I came to my senses as you took my census I had a temperate national state Yeah you disarmed me I got snagged in a treaty yeah you've got a lawyer now and she's talking trade Goods and services servicing goods I hope I bought myself a bill of good goods and not a bill of goods. Now it's down to softwoods has it come to this? Man it used to be muskets and it used to be gunships the laws of the seas constitutional revisions all to water arid reclamation California lawns and gardens, Goods and services servicing goods I hope I sided with a winner and I hope that it's gone and done me good. You gave me tied aid and I ate it up pick a reform and I'm in just you name it that futball stadium money's aglut pump it out of the ground and I'll trade it, Goods and services servicing goods who's going to pay for Afghanistan's poppies? They just cover the half of it. Goods and services servicing goods man we've got to get a label on a piece of whatever moves, if you've got a license then tariff it up 'cos we've got to levy tax on it if you've got a service. Goods and services servicing goods even coffee cup consultants man we'll tax a service good. Goods and services servicing goods even coffee cup consultants gonna tax a service good If you've got a license then tariff it up 'cos we've got to levy tax on it if you've got a service. Goods and services servicing goods just hope I've sided with a winner just hope I've gone and done myself good.

There's only steam a fog that rolls over the fields in the morning when evening comes I watch the sun descend into the sea the waters do not steam the seas do not boil there's smoke on the horizon it don't give off any clouds of smoke looking for fire but there's no smoke. There's only steam a fog that rolls over the fields in the beach terns wheel back forth over me to the sea ignite for me just once set sails alight do I use these ears for listening or do I trust my eyes? Looking for fire but there's no smoke. The Pleiades they shine down on me I wait for the light of morning without the sun I haven't got direction stars they don't speak to me although they're claiming smoke on the horizon but I just can't catch the note looking for fire but there's no smoke looking for fire my life's a joke.

Habana Cigar 04:05
Once we thought we'd rise above it all twice we sank and sunk below it all but if half a taste is all you get you should taste before you decide to spit and then it's your right, I couldn't be right, Habana cigar, celebrate with a Habana - Castro's choice - but if half a taste is all you get you should taste before you decide to spit and then it's your right, I couldn't be right, Habana cigar, celebrate with a Habana (but if half a taste is all you get you should taste before you decide to spit) Castro's choice! Castro's choice! Castro's choice! Castro's choice! Fishes open wide and strain but never try, live but never sleep move but never fly move from swarms of conscience to live but never dream, sail but never fly, Habana in the air do you replay the moment in the moments spent in the event from egg to fish to food to excrement never to return warm to the school? I'm the old man and the sea never found the words We'll figure it out and get along as we move along that's what'll happen if we let it happen. Habana cigar, celebrate with a Habana.

Morning Song 02:31
I need a beat but it's early so I'll take to the street put on the sandals and kick off the boots as they squeak fill my pockets with loose change, keys, find a length of pavement stones, and follow my feet. This morning just before that the sun was so cruel late in the day the heat it builds and oppresses you, songs sung in the morning tuned to my shoes a natural jam band a music making school. The avenue butts into commuter street scuffing cars adrift kick out a muffler beat I find rhythm and the beat knows what to do natural syncopated music making school.

Does the dog who barks at squirrels howl to me at night? Let the sleep dissolve in spider silver moonlight let the moonlight howl my troubles away to perch at dawntime at the trollbridge's gate. To the dog who barks at squirrels he might as well be air he gets leaded on by what's coming in and passing out from his nose moves through dales and brooks and rivers and parks back forth and round in wide and unobstructed arcs, and barks at squirrels. To the troll who guards the bridge he might as well be air to the dog who barks at squirrels still there's no trouble there there ain't nothing but a world of rodents up in the trees and a'chittering everywhere he gives chase when there's not even sense of birds or dog consciousness there. Me I'm on the roads and paths and so I'd best take care unless I go stumble on a troll a'whilst I'm a'going about my business Oh I'm thinking must be easy there are always squirrels about Arooo!

Sunshine 03:19
Oh sunshine I can't tell if you're dead or alive even in these deepest darkest dreams even in these deepest nights I can't tell if you're dead or alive. Oh sunshine even on the beach the waves won't stay dry and all the while you nurture us oh sunshine you also try to kill us why oh why sweet sunshine why oh why oh why? Oh sunshine even on the beach the waves won't stay dry even in these deepest darkest dreams even in the cool of the summer night I can't tell if you're dead or alive. Placably indifferent to my time don't ask and don't look 'cos my heart isn't breaking this time not this time sunshine no amount of shine will dull my mind this time sunshine 'cos even on the ground I see the flies fly when you come around and shine. (even on the beach the waves won't stay dry)

Apex 03:41
(On the state side the in between side the pretty undone side since you came in I was the wrong sign gave off the wrong sigh I was pretty undone once but I've been smiling lately then you came in all star spackled eyes and heartsmeared face...) Woman in love feeling wise, we're still souls sitting in our apexes every day in every way and it's fine we're fools, playgrounders, pretenders, And sometimes the crow caws and sometimes we hear it and sometimes we listen and sometimes we answer an apex been deferred confounded by a sinking ship a stone being skipped in a pool, We were fine and we found out and we sailed over seas over stellar canopies over soil.

This Is Good 03:37
Spun around it was hot but the air burned off it got real cool when the sun was out got in so close I barely spun around but instead spun round the sun. When we look up we look away from the light tears us up and we see so much more when it's night but nothing but darkness makes a stool of the soul fit for toads and nothing for things to grow so we venture out under searing flame, nothing grows us along like pain but why the suchlong face? It's not all bad you can't grow without pain, Ah it's good this is good! This is good, this is good, this is good and you know how the rest of it's good This is good, this is good, this is good and you know how the rest of it's good and you know how the rest of it's good. You're often feeling late there were days when you'd hesitate without the splash the hurts you've been it leads you to hesitate there was a time when you would measure out your days but in time you found that you couldn't slow the pace, and now you're Mercury. It could be worse, you could be on it, you could be a comet, oh how they wheel as they vent away, This is good, this is good, this is good, and you know how the rest of it's good This is good, this is good, this is good, and you know how the rest of it's good Oh life is good, oh life is good... The moon understates with a little moon laugh The moon's answer the only body we know who can defeat the night with a happy face, The soul in the moon might have undone itself but who are we to question?

Webbed Feet 05:03
Well you might as well just give it away cos there's only six feet of ceiling space, and we owe way more favours than we think, you don't want to owe no favours when your body dies just give it away. Well you might as well just give it away there's no prize awarded, and we owe way more favours than we think, you don't want to owe no favours when your body dies just give it away, might as well give it away. I crouched before the thundering storm, I thought I saw your face out in the clouds, you hurled down at me thunderbolts, I was so scared I screamed out loud, I crouched before the thundering storm, been that way scared since I was born, but nothing's shining in the clouds asunder, think to myself and start to wonder, And I wonder, and I wonder, and I wonder, whatever happened when our hearts went flutter? Those days are passed now and I wonder. and I wonder, and I wonder, Oh well you might as well just give it away, well you might as well just give it away well you might as well just give it away, might as well just give it away.

Oh sunshine I can't tell if you're dead or alive even in these deepest darkest dreams even in the cool summer night I can't tell if you're dead or alive (my heart ain't breaking this time) I can't tell if you're dead or alive (my heart ain't breaking this time) I can't tell if you're dead or alive.
